Erik Bedard vs. Jake Westbrook, 1:45. The Pirates are currently 10-14, and they're about to start a nine-game homestand (Reds, Nationals and Astros), so it would be nice to grab a win here, giving the Bucs a better chance of being around .500 when the homestand is over. Rod Barajas gets another day off after getting tossed in the second inning last night. Andrew McCutchen is back in the three hole.

Today's lineup:

Jose Tabata RF
Alex Presley LF
Andrew McCutchen CF
Neil Walker 2B
Pedro Alvarez 3B
Garrett Jones 1B
Clint Barmes SS
Michael McKenry C
Erik Bedard P

And for the Cardinals:

Rafael Furcal SS
Jon Jay CF
Matt Holliday LF
David Freese 3B
Allen Craig 1B
Shane Robinson RF
Tyler Greene 2B
Tony Cruz C
Jake Westbrook P

Carlos Beltran and Yadier Molina both sit, which is nice for the Bucs.
