Pirates Promote Gerrit Cole To Class AAA

The Pirates have promoted Gerrit Cole to Class AAA Indianapolis. This makes sense -- Indianapolis will be in the playoffs, while the Curve won't be, and when you have a college prospect as well-regarded as Cole is, you probably should be promoting him pretty aggressively.
