Three games on Monday, with West Virginia off.
-- Indianapolis scored three in the 9th, the last two on a Tony Sanchez walkoff HR, to beat Louisville, 5-4. Kyle Waldrop started and gave up four runs over six innings, fanning eight. Erik Cordier and Ryan Reid combined to fan another five over three scoreless innings of relief. Sanchez went 2-4, with the HR being his second. Brett Carroll went 2-3 with a double and a walk. The Brandon Inge Good Results Report: 0-3 with a hit batsman, now batting .150.
-- Jameson Taillon had his first poor AA start as Altoona dropped a 10-6 decision to Richmond. Taillon allowed five runs on seven hits and two walks in six innings. He fanned three. Altoona still led 6-5 in the bottom of the 8th, but Nate Baker and Kenn Kasparek gave up five runs, much of it due to four walks and a hit batsman. Drew Maggi, Matt Curry, Mel Rojas, Jr., and Carlos Paulino each had two hits, with Rojas connecting for his second HR.
-- Bradenton dropped Jupiter, 5-3. Nick Kingham gave up two runs in the first, but threw four scoreless innings after that. He gave up six hits and no walks, and fanned six. Robbie Kilcrease and Zach Thornton each threw two scoreless relief innings. Jose Osuna led the offense, going 3-4 with a double, his second HR, and three RBIs. Alen Hanson went 2-4 with a double. Hanson and Osuna appear to be heating up after slow starts. Their averages are up to .258 and .262, respectively.
