Jonathan Sanchez starts against Cardinals

The lineups aren't out yet, but I'm going to be driving all afternoon and may not be back at the computer until late night. Jonathan Sanchez starts against Lance Lynn at 8:15. The Pirates faced all three pitchers in this series earlier in the year: Lynn, Jake Westbrook and Shelby Miller. Sanchez, A.J. Burnett and Jeff Locke will start for the Bucs. They got to Lynn and Westbrook (the Westbrook start was, unfortunately, the game that was called after the Pirates were already up 4-2).
