Pirates agree to terms with 15th-rounder Rossiter

Pirates Prospects reports that the Bucs have agreed to terms with 15th-rounder Max Rossiter. Here's the full list of signings so far.

Rossiter, from Arizona State, was a college senior. Seniors typically have little leverage, and therefore usually sign quickly. There's no real reason to expect Rossiter to be a prospect, since he's a late-round pick whose offense flagged badly in his senior year, hitting .272/.364/.359 after batting .326 as a junior.
