The Pirates tweet that Jason Grilli has seen Dr. James Andrews. Grilli has a flexor strain that won't require surgery, but he will need to rest for a couple weeks, at which point the Pirates will decide whether he's ready to start throwing again.
The timetable on pitcher arm injuries is always tricky to guess, but it sounds like Grilli might miss as little as a month, which isn't terrible news, all things considered.
