Pirate pitching prospects not afraid to throw inside

Never let it be said that the Pirates' development people don't have a plan.  This is a good piece on the Pirates teaching their pitching prospects to own the inside part of the plate.  The punch line:

In the middle of the Extended Spring Training schedule this year, the Pirates had all of their remaining games cancelled against the Toronto Blue Jays (one of three teams that the Pirates play). Pirates Prospects learned that this was because the Blue Jays refused to play the Pirates in these games due to the Pirates throwing inside too much.

And that's after the Pirates let Taillon pitch for Canada in the Seligula Series.  I mean, really.
