Elias Diaz (No. 10) and Willy Garcia (No. 17) have made Baseball America's list of the top 20 prospects in the Eastern League. That's a surprisingly high ranking for Diaz, in particular. BA praises his receiving and blocking, and notes that he does a great job working with pitchers. Meanwhile, BA says Garcia's arm is "possibly an 80" on the 20-80 scouting scale, although they say his approach at the plate is "crude" even though he has good power.
Missing from the list are Nick Kingham, Adrian Sampson and Alen Hanson. Kingham, obviously, spent a big chunk of the year with Indianapolis, so we'll see if he makes the IL top 20. BA may see Sampson as more of a back-of-the-rotation type. And Hanson didn't have an exceptional season (although he was very young for Double-A) and had disciplinary issues that caused the Curve to remove him from their lineup for days at a time.
UPDATE: As some have noted in the comments, BA has updated the list so to add Kingham at No. 20.
