Indianapolis defeated Pawtucket in a come-from-behind win, 6-5. Chris Dickerson went 3-for-4 with a two-run homer and three runs scored. Gregory Polanco went 3-for-4 with a stolen base. Jeff Locke pitched seven scoreless innings, striking out five, walking three and allowing just one hit. Phil Irwin gave up three runs in relief, and Josh Kinney allowed two as Pawtucket scored five runs in the eighth.
Altoona fell to Richmond, 2-1. Nick Kingham allowed two runs over six innings, striking out four and walking four. The Altoona offense only got six hits; Drew Maggi, who's batting .328, had two of them.
Bradenton lost to Dunedin, 3-2. Tyler Glasnow pitched six innings and allowed one run, striking out four and walking three. As with Altoona, the Bradenton offense got only six hits. The only extra-base hit was a double by Max Moroff.
West Virginia also lost by one, falling to Augusta 2-1. Cody Dickson struck out six in five innings, allowing two runs and walking three. The Power offense only managed five singles.
