Pirates reinstate Starling Marte, option Jaff Decker

The Pirates have announced that they've reinstated Starling Marte from the bereavement list and optioned fellow outfielder Jaff Decker to Indianapolis. There isn't much to add about this, except that this will improve the Pirates' bench (in addition, obviously, to their outfield), bumping Josh Harrison back into a super-utility role that improves the Bucs' depth.

Decker is 0-for-5 with three strikeouts for the Pirates this season.
