This morning, at least, the Pirates discussed a David Price trade with the Rays, Ken Rosenthal writes. Price represented the most valuable starting pitcher on the market even when Jon Lester was still on it. Obviously, it would take a ton to get him. It's fun to imagine the Bucs going for the gusto, but everything about a potential Price trade would depend on who the Pirates would give up.
