Pirates announce PNC Park additions for 2015

New, comments
Charles LeClaire-USA TODAY Sports

PNC Park was already nearly perfect, but the Pirates have announced a variety of additions to PNC Park for the 2015 season, most of them involving new spots to enjoy alcohol. These new locations will likely be of particular interest to standing-room-only fans, particularly standing-room-only fans who skimped on tickets to save more money to drink. If that's you, here are your new hangouts:

Left Field Terraces

There are two terraces here, and fans will be able to use them as standing-room-only areas.

The Porch

This area will be at the end of the left field terraces.

Rotunda Bar

This bar will be at the base of the rotunda in left field. It will feature nine televisions, along with sight lines to the game.

300 Level Concourse Bar

This bar will be in the upper deck, near the rotunda behind home plate. It will feature televisions, shading from the sun and ceiling fans, perhaps making it a good option in the middle of a hot afternoon game.

The Pirates are also opening a meeting and event space on the second floor of the PNC Park administration building.
