Pirates, Rockies rained out

Sunday's Rockies-Pirates game has been rained out. No makeup date has been determined.

An April rainout in Denver already has the Pirates returning for one game at Coors Field on June 9.

The rain delay was officially clocked at 3 hours, 37 minutes after one inning was played, so the postponement, at the very least, probably saved us from a whole lot of Ryan Vogelsong.

UPDATE: The game will be made up at 12:35 p.m. Monday. Jordan Lyles will start against ... Ryan Vogelsong.
