Cannonballs coming: Taillon good, Keller better

-- Jameson Taillon went seven innings in Indianapolis' (15-14) 3-2 loss to Syracuse.  Taillon gave up three runs on five hits and a walk, and struck out six.  He threw 65 of 99 pitches for strikes.  The Indians didn't get much offense going, picking up only five hits.  The two runs came on solo HRs by Alen Hanson and Cole Figueroa, #2 for each.  Each went 1-4.  Others:

-- David Whitehead's control issues continued getting worse in Altoona's (14-17) 6-2 loss to Trenton.  Whitehead walked seven in two-plus innings, throwing only 26 of 72 pitches for strikes.  He was charged with all six runs.  Jhondaniel Medina, Jared Lakind and Montana DuRapau combined for seven scoreless relief innings.  The Curve had seven hits.  Others:

-- Bradenton (14-16) lost to Fort Myers, 10-6.  Starter Alex McRae gave up four runs, three earned, in four innings, and Jose Regalado followed by allowing five runs in two-thirds of an inning.  The Marauders fell behind 10-0 before scoring four in the eighth, three of the runs coming on a bases-loaded double by Logan Hill.  They then added two in the ninth.  Others:

-- Mitch Keller (pictured) dominated one of the South Atlantic League's best hitting teams over six innings in West Virginia's (17-13) 4-0 blanking of Hagerstown.  Keller gave up just two hits and a walk, and fanned eight, while throwing 54 of 82 pitches for strikes.  Daniel Zamora threw two innings, allowing just a hit and striking out one.  Cole Tucker and Ke'Bryan Hayes each went 1-3 with a double.  Others:
