Cannonballs coming: Mediocre starts for Kuhl and Keller

-- Indianapolis (31-30) lost to Syracuse, 5-4.  Chad Kuhl gave up four runs on eight hits, two of them HRs, in five and a third innings.  He walked three and struck out three.  Adam Frazier went 3-5 and is now batting .333.  Others:

-- Alex McRae had a rough introduction to AA as Altoona (33-27) got shelled by Reading, 9-2.  McRae lasted just three and two-thirds innings, allowing seven runs on eight hits, half of them HRs, and four walks.  He struck out five.  Harold Ramirez went 3-5 with a double.  Others:

-- Bradenton (33-26) lost to Tampa, 3-2.  Colten Brewer gave up three runs, two earned, in six and two-thirds innings.  He allowed nine hits, walked none and struck out four.  The Marauders didn't get a hit until Cole Tucker, who was 1-4, singled in the sixth.  Jordan Luplow hit his fifth HR.  Others:

-- Mitch Keller got hit around a little as West Virginia (30-30) lost to Columbia, 4-2.  Keller gave up four runs in five innings on six hits and a walk.  He fanned five.  The Power had only six hits.  Others:

-- The DSL Pirates (1-5) lost to the Cubs1, 4-3.  Adonis Pichardo showed some progress, allowing one run on one hit in five innings.  He walked two and struck out one.  Kyle Simmons went 2-4 with a double.  Others:
