For those who like to follow Bucco-less playoffs, we’re going to have post-season game threads. At 8pm ET tonight, the Twins take on the Evil Empire.
An interesting note: The Twins have two of their own international prospects playing a significant role: shortstop Jorge Polanco and right fielder Max Kepler. They signed for $775,000 and $800,000, respectively, amounts that are more than any bonus the Pirates have paid on the international front since 2011 and over $200,000 more than they’ve paid since 2012. Of course, there’s also Miguel Sano, who signed for $3.15M, but who’s hurt now.
Ervin Santana starts for the Twins, Luis Severino for Yankees.
