FanPost prompt: Being Bob Nutting

Here’s this week’s FanPost prompt: Imagine you’ve awakened to find that, suddenly, you’re Bob Nutting. After eating caviar or whatever rich-guy things you can suddenly do, it’s time to get to work on improving the Pirates organization. What’s the first thing you do, and why? You must work within reasonable budgetary constraints; let’s just say your answer can’t be, “Give the Pirates $100 million.” But you can order a trade, extension, free agent signing, or organizational change.
