Spring training thread: Taillon starts against Orioles

The Pirates resume play today at 1:05 PM, facing Baltimore at McKechnie Field. Jameson Taillon will start, followed by Antonio Bastardo, Jared Hughes and Juan Nicasio. Fearful for the safety of fans on the outfield concourse, the Pirates are allowing the Orioles to utilize the DH. Consequently, Pedro Alvarez will not be venturing into the outfield. The Pirates’ lineup:
