— Mitch Keller (pictured) threw seven shutout innings as Bradenton (17-12) blanked Dunedin, 4-0. Keller allowed just two hits, walked none, fanned nine and needed only 85 pitches. Jacob Brentz threw the last two innings, walking two and striking out three. Cole Tucker went 0-2 with two walks and four more steals, giving him 22 on the year. Christian Kelley went 3-4 with his first HR and three RBIs. He’s now batting .324.

— Oddy Nunez threw four perfect innings and Trae Arbet drove in five runs as West Virginia (14-15) hammered Lexington, 12-6. Nunez, on a limited pitch count, fanned four and got six ground outs to two fly outs. Arbet went 3-5 with a double and triple. Stephen Alemais went 3-4 with a walk and his third HR. Clark Eagan was also 3-4, with a HR, his second, and three RBIs.
