Gamethread: Gerrit Cole faces Lance Lynn and Cards in game two

Coming off a thrilling come from behind victory Friday night at Busch Stadium, Gerrit Cole leads the Pirates against Lance Lynn in a game broadcast on Fox at 8:15 p.m. ET.

With Francisco Cervelli back on the disabled list, Chris Stewart gets a second straight start behind the plate for the Pirates.

For the Cardinals, Dexter Fowler and Yadier Molina return to the starting lineup while Greg Garcia starts at second base, with Paul DeJong moving over to short to replace Aledmys Diaz. Only three of the starting Cardinals batters will bat left-handed vs Cole.

UPDATE: Molina (knee) has been scratched from the St. Louis lineup.
