— West Virginia (3-4) lost to Lakewood, 4-3, in ten innings. Lakewood scored a phony run in the top of the tenth under MiLB’s faux baseball rules for extra innings. Whiffs were the order of the day for the Power, as they generated 18. Starter Domingo Robles gave up three runs on eight hits over five and two-thirds innings. Busby was 2-5 with a double.
