Game Thread: Musgrove vs Lauer

Joe Musgrove is set to take on San Diego’s Eric Lauer as the Bucs open up the west coast portion of their road trip.

Musgrove has struggled in each of his last two starts, allowing more than five runs in each outing while being unable to get through the 5th inning. A trip back home to Southern California might be what Musgrove needs to dial it back in.

Lauer, on the other hand, has been solid his last few outings, only allowing three earned runs over his last three starts.
