Game Thread: Taillon vs. Sanchez

Here’s the game thread as the Pirates open up a three game series in Atlanta where Jameson Taillon is set to face off against Anibal Sanchez.

Taillon has put together a solid month of August, going 2-1 with a 2.33 ERA over four starts. Additionally, he has been able to deliver at least six innings in each of his last six starts (please take notes, Archer).

Anibal Sanchez has put together a solid 2018 campaign as well, going 6-5 with a 3.05 ERA. He’s had some tough luck in his last two outings while delivering quality starts and still earning the loss.
