The Double-A Eastern League will pit the All-Stars of it’s Eastern and Western divisions Wednesday evening at 7:05 p.m. Eastern from The Diamond in Richmond, Virginia.

Representing the Altoona Curve will be catcher Jason Delay (254/305/442) and pitchers Beau Sulser (7-0, 1.33) and Pedro Vasquez (7-2, 3.11). Pitcher James Marvel (10-5, 2.95) was selected but will be unable to play as he was recently promoted to Triple-A Indianapolis.

At 9:05 p.m. Eastern the International League will take on the Pacific Coast League at Southwest University Park in El Paso, Texas.

Indianapolis’ Mitch Keller (6-3, 3.32) was voted the starting pitcher for the IL squad, opposed by Memphis’ Jake Woodford (St Louis, 5-5, 3.56), but today’s article from MiLB names Keegan Akin (Orioles, 4-2, 4.44) as the starter.

Keller will be joined by Indians teammates, relief pitcher Dovydas Neverauskas (1-1, 2.13) and Montana DuRapau (1-1, 1.93). Click here for rosters and a preview.

Yasmani Tomas (Arizona, 309/348/611) won the Home Run Derby with 59 blasts, and given the park factors in El Paso it might not be a good day to pitch the Lithuanian.
