The Pittsburgh Pirates are going into tonight’s game on something that’s been a rarity this season: An upswing. Coming off a 6-5 walkoff win against the Twins, Pittsburgh will look to get off on the right foot for a three game set against the Detroit Tigers. Presumably in a piggybacking role, Chad Kuhl will start the game for the Pirates, while Matthew Boyd will start for the Tigers.
