We know 2022 Pirates stink, but how about the coaching staff, will there be turnover?

I read the article about Joel Hanrahan on Rum Bunter and from the discussion about whether Hanrahan should have been added to the Pittsburgh Pirates ML coaching staff, I was left wondering, "I wonder if any of the Pirates current coaching staff is 'on the hot seat?'"

The article mentioned that 2022 may be the year Oscar Marin will have to show a net-positive for his efforts or he may be cast off for someone else. What about the rest of the staff? I'm interested in hearing everyone's thoughts on this. I still think Derek Shelton is safe in '22 no matter what, because he's a placeholder until they field a real MLB team. And that may be true for Marin, and it may not?

Tell me what you think.
