The 2-0 Brubaker is on the mound tonight, who has been Pittsburgh’s most effective starter so far this short season, so jinx not withstanding the last time I was pulling for this, the Pirates have a decent shot to make it to .500 tonight.
These two teams battled it out plenty in the Grapefruit League, so they should be pretty familiar with one another, and if Brubaker can do his thing and the bats have even a decent night, I think an even record by the end of the night could happen.
Let’s go, Bucs! Let’s raise that Jolley Roger!
