The Pirates look to snap their four-game losing streak as they face the Brewers in game two of their four-game set.

Taking the mound tonight for the Buccos, we have JT Brubaker, who last pitched six innings Saturday in a loss to the Cardinals. He’ll face off against Adrian Houser, who will pitch against the Pirates for the third time this season. In June, he gave up two runs in 5.2 innings in Milwaukee.

The Pirates will be without Colin Moran, who hit the IL and Gregory Polanco, who is dealing with hip inflammation. Therefore, Jared Oliva, who came in last night as a pinch hitter, will get the start in right field batting 8th for the team today. It’s his first start of the year and his eighth career appearance.

BD, this is your game thread. Enjoy!
