When the Pirates posted today’s lineup on Twitter and I saw who was pitching, the words “oh, God” flew out of my mouth before I could stop them. I feel bad, but at the same time, I have some justification. We’re all hoping Good Mitch banished Bad Mitch when he was in Indianapolis because Bad Mitch was no fun.
And a new Bucco will make his debut today as Hoy Park, who came over from the Yankees in the Clay Holmes trade, plays shortstop. Hwan-yeonghada, Hoy (that’s welcome in Korean unless Google is messing with me).
Another Sunday, another last game of the series where the Pirates took the first two. Hopefully, I won’t bring the bad karma as I have been. It’s a gorgeous day in the Burgh, the game thread is open, I’ll be flitting between here and Twitter, and, as always, LET’S GO BUCS!!
