Anyone still think there's not a "clutch" gene in baseball and shouldn't be measured?
In baseball I still believe it should be a part of a hitter's evaluation, and it can be measured. The OPS stat could be altered to include the so-called "clutch" stats. For example, the new formula could add either BARISP or slugging % with RISP to OPS to be a more accurate view of a hitter's true performance.
